Unfortunately, you might be here because something went wrong, but we have no affiliation with that company and can’t help with returns, orders, payments or refunds at all. If you’ve already paid and want to skip ahead: the fastest way to get your money back is to dispute the charge with PayPal or your card issuer, and the steps are below.

Did I order from Barbara & Company?

No. If your order was placed at barbaradever.com or holly-london.com, it wasn’t with us. We’re a family-owned women’s clothing boutique with two neighborhood stores in Colorado — one in Denver on Old South Gaylord Street, and one in Boulder on the east end of Pearl Street. Our owner, Kathy King, has been hand-selecting our collections for more than 40 years, and barbaraandcompany.net is our only website.

Where is my order?

We don’t know, and we have no way to find out. We can’t look up your order, track your shipping, or refund your payment — none of it ever reached us. That store publishes no phone number and no contact address, so there may not be anyone there to reach. We’re sorry; we wish we could do more than point you in the right direction. The one thing that does work is your payment provider, and that’s next.

How do I get my money back?

  1. If you paid with PayPal, open a dispute in the PayPal Resolution Center under “Item Not Received.” You’re covered by PayPal Buyer Protection, and there’s a filing window, so please don’t wait.
  2. If you paid by card, call the number on the back of your card and dispute the charge as goods not received.
  3. Keep your order confirmation email and any messages from the seller — whoever handles your dispute will ask for them.

Is Barbara Dever Boutique legitimate?

We’re not the right people to answer that, and we won’t guess. Here’s what anyone can check: that store publishes no contact information and no legal notice — both of those pages on their own site are blank — and lists no business address, no company registration and no owner’s name anywhere. A second domain, holly-london.com, redirects to the same shop, so one storefront is trading under more than one name. The Better Business Bureau has consumer reports on file about it.
